If you’re still running into issues after watching the video, try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check that your ChargePoint station is activated
Make sure your charger is activated in your ChargePoint account. You should see it listed on your ChargePoint home screen. If not, follow this guide to complete setup: ChargePoint Activation Guide.
2. Confirm you’re using the correct ChargePoint account
If you have more than one ChargePoint account, your charger might be tied to a different login. Try logging out of the app, then logging back in with your other credentials. Once confirmed, head back to WeaveGrid and reconnect your account here: https://charge.weavegrid.com/.
3. Verify your charger’s serial number
If you’re confident you’re in the right account but still can’t connect, check your charger’s serial number:
- Open the ChargePoint app and select your home charger.
- Go to Settings. Tap About Charger.
- Look for the serial number listed there.
This will help confirm that the correct account is linked. If your charger doesn’t appear in the app at all, it may not be tied to your account yet.
