The app isn't working properly. What should I check?
If you're experiencing issues with the app, try these steps:
- Check your internet connection – Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or have cellular data enabled
- Update the app – Go to the App Store and check for app updates
- Update your phone's software – Make sure your iPhone/iPad is running iOS 15.1 or later
- Restart the app – Close the app completely and reopen it
- Restart your device – Power off your phone/iPad and turn it back on
- Reinstall the app – Delete and reinstall the WeaveGrid app from the App Store
If issues persist after trying these steps, contact our support team.
I can't download the app from the App Store. What should I do?
Make sure:
- You're signed in to your Apple ID
- Your device is running iOS 15.1 or later
- You have enough storage space on your device
- Your App Store is working properly (try downloading another app to test)
If you still can't download it, contact Apple Support, or our team for assistance.
I can’t download the app because I have an Android. When will the Android app be available?
We're actively working on an Android version of the WeaveGrid app! It will be out later this year.
