Vehicles can become disconnected from the WeaveGrid platform for various reasons, including changing your charger or EV app password. Staying connected helps ensure you continue receiving bill credits and get the most out of smart charging.
To check your connection status:
- Log into your WeaveGrid dashboard.
- If one or more of your devices are disconnected from WeaveGrid's platform, please follow the suggested next steps that will be displayed.
- If you don't see a prompt to reconnect any devices, you are connected!

Note: If you have multiple devices enrolled in programs, each device may have a different connectivity status.
